Returns & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of items are exempt from being returned. Personalized items cannot be returned.  To complete your return, please fill in the form in your account page under the Request Return tab .

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

At the time of delivery of the Products, the Customer must verify that the packaging of the Product is intact and that it has not been altered in any way. If the packaging is damaged, Craftiz Studio requires the Customer to take detailed photos of the package and the Products at the time of receipt and in the presence of the delivery person, to immediately report the damage to the carrier in charge of the delivery and to inform the Company’s customer service department at [email protected] within three (3) business days.

In the event of a complaint made to the carrier and/or the Company’s customer service department under the conditions mentioned in the previous paragraph, an investigation will be opened with the carrier and a reply will be sent to the Customer within seven (7) business days.

If the Products need to be returned to the Company, they must be requested to be returned to the Company within fourteen (14) days of Delivery in accordance with our policy through the Request Return form. Any claim made outside of this period will not be accepted. 

In the absence of such an explicit complaint, the delivery will be considered accepted and no dispute on the Order will be validly made thereafter.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, please fill in the form in your account page under the Request Return tab, then send your item to: Al Izdihar, Lot Yassmine N°45, Marrakech • Morocco after exchange approval.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Al Izdihar, Lot Yassmine N°45, Marrakech • Morocco

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 400DH, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
